Garmin Venu 2 Screen Protector

Device Spotlight: Garmin Venu 2

The Garmin Venu 2 was released in April 2021 after the original debut of the Garmin Venu in 2020. The Garmin Venu 2 costs USD 399.99 (AUD 629) which is a slightly higher price than the original Garmin Venu.

The first impression is the Garmin Venu 2 looks strikingly similar to its predecessor, it’s a classic design that’s smart enough for daytime wear, yet practical enough for workouts. The standard Garmin Venu 2 has a 44mm case and 33mm display, while the smaller Garmin Venu S2 has a 40mm case and 27.9mm display.

The 44mm version is available in two colourways: slate with a black case and granite blue with a matching case. Both have a silver-coloured stainless steel bezel. The 40mm Venu 2S comes in four colours: graphite with a slate bezel, light sand with a light gold bezel, mist grey with a silver bezel, and white with a rose gold bezel. If you're in the US, you can put together a 'custom' design when you order your watch, picking and mixing straps and cases to create a combination that suits you.

The Garmin Venu 2 features a detailed calendar view and app notification, Music playback from multiple sources and Garmin Pay. The Garmin Venu 2 is loaded with dozens of indoor and outdoor workouts and during the setup, you can shortlist your favourites. The Garmin Venu 2 has all the common training types including weights, spinning, HIIT workouts, treadmills, running, cycling and golf.

Like all Garmin devices, the Garmin Venu 2 and Garmin Venu 2S link to the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone via Bluetooth.

The Garmin Venu 2 is a watch for all occasions, I would recommend adding a screen protector for your Garmin Venu 2 so you can enjoy your watch without the worry of knocking it.
