30 October 23: Due to ongoing safety concerns and limited flight capacity, we’re experiencing temporary service disruptions for items sent to Israel.
We are shipping as usual to Isreal, but items may be delayed.

Bermuda
2 October 2023: Items sent to and from Bermuda may be delayed due scanning issues as a result of a ransomware attack.
Canada
23 August 2023: Items sent to and from Canada may be delayed due to the widespread wildfires across Canada.
Greece
29 September 2023: Items sent to and from Greece may be delayed due to heavy rainstorms, flooding and landslides.
20 September 2023: Items sent to and from Greece may be delayed due to planned strikes from 21 September 2023.
Italy
20 October 2023: Items sent to and from Italy may experience delays due to planned union strikes from 20 October 2023.
Norway
10 August 2023: Items sent to and from Norway may be delayed due to the recent extreme weather and landslides across the country.
Russia
We've temporarily suspended all postal services to the Russian Federation.
Slovakia
30 May 2023: Items sent to and from Slovakia in September 2023 may be delayed due to the Parliamentary elections being held on 30 September 2023.
Spain
20 September 2023: Items sent to and from Spain may be delayed due to IT developments being implemented to the customs process.
Türkiye
10 February 2023: Items sent to and from Türkiye may be delayed due to earthquakes on 6 February 2023.
Ukraine
There may be delays to letters and parcels sent to and from the Ukraine due to:
- limited airline capacity
- some postcodes being currently inaccessible
- planned power outages
United Kingdom
29 September 2023: Items sent to and from the United Kingdom may experience delays due to internal IT and data transmission issues at Royal Mail.
20 September 2023: Items sent to the United Kingdom in early to mid-September using our Standard services may experience additional delays of up to three weeks due to transit port and airline scanning issues.
