Returns & Refunds
At ScreenShield, we are committed to providing high-quality products for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel and request a full refund for an order up until the point of shipment. To cancel your unshipped order, please contact our customer service team before your order shipped email arrives.
For Defective & Damaged Products
If your product is incorrect, does not fit, is damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we accept returns by mail. Here’s how you can return a defective product:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate the return process.
- Return Label: Our customer services team will provide a return label.
- Return Shipping Costs: ScreenShield will cover the return shipping costs for defective products.
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product.
- Condition of Products: We do not accept returns of used products.
- Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for defective products.
- Re-Shipping Process: Once we receive and verify the returned defective product, we will re-ship a replacement to you before issuing a refund.
- Refund Process: Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7 days to reflect on your bank or card statement once we receive the return.
- Shipping Costs: We refund the original shipping cost.
For Customer Remorse
If you purchased the wrong product or you no longer want the item, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis, if you purchased the wrong model we’re happy to ship you the correct item, with the following conditions:

- Return Label: Our customer services team will provide a return label.
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product.
- Condition of Products: We do not accept returns of used products.
- Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee.

- Store Credit: In cases where we approve change-of-mind requests, ScreenShield will offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will not have an expiry date and can be used for any product on our store.
